Archer Memory

Last updated: October 29, 2026

What it is

  • AI agents need memory to improve. Archer Memory connects to your applicant tracking system (ATS) and sees the live status of every candidate Archer has introduced: who moves forward, who gets rejected, and at which stage.

  • Every outcome sharpens Archer’s calibration for your roles, so the candidates you see get more relevant over time.

  • It replaces manual feedback. You don’t need to send hiring updates, fill in reports or chase anyone. Your hackajob team sees outcomes as they update, without you sending anything.

Setting it up

  • It runs on the enhanced hackajob ATS integration. Nothing to install. Your ATS admin approves access once, and you can switch it off at any time.

  • It works with the major ATS platforms, including Greenhouse, Workday, Lever and Pinpoint.

What it reads, and what it doesn’t

  • Archer Memory only uses data about candidates who came to you through hackajob, meaning people who told us they applied to your roles. We don’t store or use information about anyone else in your ATS.

  • It matches candidates by email address, with phone number as a backup. If a match is ambiguous, for example two people sharing a number, we don’t count it, so an outcome is never linked to the wrong person.

  • For each of those candidates it reads the job, the current stage, the status (in progress, offered, hired or rejected), the rejection reason, the date of each change, and the recruiter assigned to the job.

  • It’s read-only. Archer Memory never writes to, edits or deletes anything in your ATS.

Privacy and data handling

  • Outcome data is used only by hackajob to improve your matches and how you how hackajob candidates progress. It is never shared with other customers.

  • Inside hackajob it’s visible only in access-controlled admin tools.

  • When a candidate closes their hackajob account, their ATS outcome data is anonymised.

  • If a candidate withdraws their application on hackajob, they drop out of Archer Memory.

  • You can switch Archer Memory off at any time, and it stops reading from your ATS straight away. You can also ask us to delete or anonymise the outcome data we hold for your roles at any time.
