Calendly is a scheduling automation tool that helps you create scheduling links based on availability, so others can book time with you in one click. Integrating your calendar with hackajob allows for:

Connecting hackajob with Calendly

1. Log in to hackajob and navigate to “Account Settings”.

2. Under “Conferencing & Calendars” find Calendly and click “Connect”.

3. You’ll be redirected to a new page to log in to Calendly.

• Enter your Calendly login email or sign in with your Google or Microsoft account linked to Calendly.

4. Click “Connect to Calendly” to authorize hackajob’s access to your Calendly account.

5. Return to your hackaob Account Settings and locate Calendly. Look for the green "Connected" sign to confirm a successful connection.

Requesting interviews with Calendly

Once Calendly is connected to hackajob, select "Use Calendly" under "Schedule Type" when sending an interview request.

Then, pick the interview stage—such as "Screening call" if inviting a candidate from your match list.
