Data requirements

Sourcing on hackajob

Data sent to your ATS

When a candidate accepts an interview request on hackajob, their details are automatically uploaded to your ATS:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• hackajob profile

• CV/Resume

Data accessed from your ATS

We access specific information about the live jobs in your ATS to help you align them with your live jobs on hackajob:

• Requisitions/jobs ID

• Requisitions/jobs name

When connected with Simple Sync

Candidate data is accessed only for those who have been uploaded from hackajob, and includes only the following:

• Interview stage

• Interview date

When connected with Enhanced Sync

If you have previously had your ATS integrated we will access the following candidate data to ensure the sync between hackajob candidates and your ATS remain inplace

• Applicant ID

• Job ID
